About The Position
We're seeking an IV Compounding Pharmacy Technician to join a growing pharmacy team in a clean room environment. This is a great opportunity for candidates looking to build or expand their experience in sterile compounding— training is available for the right candidate.
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow strict protocols
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Nice To Haves
- Pharmacy Technician experience preferred
- Sterile compounding experience is a plus (training provided if needed)
Responsibilities
- Prepare and compound IV medications under the supervision of a Registered Pharmacist
- Accurately fill prescriptions and assist with medication packaging
- Enter prescription data and support billing processes
- Assist pharmacists with final verification and preparation for delivery
- Maintain proper inventory control, including receiving, labeling, and tracking medications
- Ensure compliance with safety, cleanliness, and regulatory standards
- Support clean room operations and maintain a sterile work environment
