About The Position

This role is for an ITSM Incident and Problem Manager who requires a Secret clearance. The position involves managing incidents and problems within complex, high-availability ICT environments. An interim Secret clearance is required to begin, and the ability to obtain a Secret clearance is necessary to maintain employment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and five (5) years or more of experience, OR Master's degree and three (3) years or more of experience. Additional experience may be accepted in lieu of degree.
• Proven experience in Incident and/or Problem Management within complex, high-availability ICT environments.
• Interim Secret clearance required to start.
• Ability to obtain Secret clearance required to maintain employment.
• CompTIA Security+ or equivalent (IAT-2) certification.
