About The Position
We are looking for an experienced ITOPS Engineer with strong expertise in IT Operations, Dynatrace, Power BI, AIOps, and Cloud Infrastructure to support mission-critical logistics and shipping applications.
Requirements
- IT Operations & Site Reliability Engineering (SRE)
- Power BI, Power Query, DAX & SQL Server / Azure SQL
- Power Platform (Power Apps & Power Automate)
- Dynatrace (APM, RUM, Synthetic Monitoring & Davis AI)
- AIOps, Incident Management & Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
- ServiceNow (ITSM / CMDB)
- Azure / AWS Cloud Monitoring & Kubernetes
- Linux, Windows & Networking Fundamentals
- Automation, Observability & Performance Optimization
- Strong Stakeholder Management & Communication Skills
