About The Position

As a Part-time ITM Teller in Fayetteville, you help customers complete everyday transactions accurately and professionally while supporting a secure, compliant branch experience. You will process deposits, withdrawals, payments, and check cashing; balance transaction activity; assist customers with account questions and basic service needs; and escalate exceptions or concerns according to bank procedures.

Requirements

• Customer service experience with strong attention to detail
• Comfort working with accuracy under time constraints
• Clear communication and a professional, courteous approach
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to follow written procedures
• Dependable attendance for the scheduled hours (Mon 10–5, Fri 10–5:30, Sat 9–12)

Responsibilities

• Process deposits, withdrawals, payments, and check cashing
• Balance transaction activity
• Assist customers with account questions and basic service needs
• Escalate exceptions or concerns according to bank procedures
• Prepare station, review branch updates, and get set for customer traffic
• Greet a steady flow of visitors

• Complete end-of-shift duties
• Ensure items are properly secured before leaving on schedule
