About The Position

We’re looking for an ITCD Specialist who is passionate about helping individuals managing both mental health and substance use challenges take meaningful steps toward stability and wellness. In this role, you’ll build strong relationships with clients, provide therapeutic support, and collaborate with a team that values empathy, professionalism, and whole‑person care.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Human Services, or a related field OR four (4) years of relevant experience in mental health and/or substance use services OR a combination of education and experience totaling four (4) years
  • Experience or interest in: Mental health and substance use treatment
  • Case management and care coordination
  • A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Nice To Haves

  • Crisis intervention (preferred but not required)

Responsibilities

  • Provide individual, group, and family therapy to adults with co‑occurring mental health and substance use disorders
  • Complete co‑occurring assessments and help develop client‑centered treatment plans
  • Meet clients where they are through assertive outreach , community connections, and practical support
  • Manage a caseload while maintaining consistent, high‑quality care
  • Collaborate with teammates during staffings and treatment planning meetings
  • Share your knowledge by cross‑training team members on co‑occurring disorder treatment strategies
  • Support clients during emotional or behavioral crises as part of the emergency services team
  • Ensure services meet DMH standards and ITCD fidelity requirements
  • Complete clear, timely clinical documentation in accordance with Centerstone standards
  • Participate in ongoing training, supervision, and professional development
  • Contribute positively to a collaborative, respectful team environment
