The Integrated Treatment Court Therapist is responsible for providing therapeutic interventions for individuals referred from 20th Judicial Probation to Clinica Family Health & Wellness for both the Adult Integrated Treatment Courts and Family Integrated Treatment Courts of Boulder County. The role involves developing and executing a consistent treatment plan from intake to closure, coordinating treatment with legal entities like probation officers, and participating in staffings with internal and external partners to ensure coordinated care. This position requires maintaining a working knowledge of Evidence Based Practices, current Co-Occurring Disorder treatment recommendations, and trends in community mental health. The therapist will collaborate with clients, treatment teams, DHHS, doctors, hospitals, medical clinics, and housing programs to provide optimal client service, and will also provide external consultation and referrals. A key aspect of the role is maintaining contact with clients in distress, including assisting with hospitalization, and promoting the organization's mission, vision, and values through behavior and adherence to policies.
