About The Position

We are seeking a detail-oriented Italian Metadata Technician Intern to join the Family History Department. In this role, you will help make historical record collections from Italy available to members of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints by creating high-quality metadata for FamilySearch systems. You will work under minimal supervision and be responsible for analyzing, describing, and organizing historical records—often in old handwritten Roman and non-Roman scripts—to support worldwide access to genealogical resources.
