The ECS headquarters team provides key support for its electrical and mechanical companies, including finance and accounting, human resources, legal, national purchasing and information technology. ECS HQ is based out of McLean, Virginia. However, candidates in other locations and meeting the requirements below may be considered. The Vista Technical Analyst is responsible for providing IT support for Vista ERP to both ECS and the local IT support groups at our 50+ Operating Companies . Reporting to the Vista Technical Support Manager, this position will troubleshoot Tier 1 through Tier 3 technical issues, liaison with ERP and Implementation teams as necessary, and see problems through to resolution. The Vista Technical Analyst is also a key participant in implementations and migrations of software which integrates with the Vista ERP. This position is based in McLean, Virginia.
