IT Analyst – Technical Infrastructure Role Definition: The IT Analyst – Technical Infrastructure is responsible for delivering reliable, direct infrastructure support across multiple manufacturing facilities in Corinth, MS. This role ensures high system availability, supports shop-floor operations, executes key infrastructure migrations, and coordinates with corporate teams and vendors to maintain stable, secure, and efficient IT operations. This position is critical to sustain production uptime, system reliability, and compliance-driven processes across the Corinth operations.

Requirements

  • Technical experience supporting IT infrastructure in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
  • Experience with job scheduling platforms (Tidal preferred).
  • Strong troubleshooting skills across networking, hardware, and server environments.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in operationally critical settings.
  • Solid communication skills with both technical and non-technical teams.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Connect: Direct or similar secure file transfer systems.
  • Experience with SD-WAN technologies.
  • Prior experience coordinating with external vendors and corporate infrastructure teams.
  • Familiarity with OT devices and shop-floor environments.

Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot LAN/WAN issues and support network hardware upgrades.
  • Install and support OT/IT equipment, including time clocks, IP phones, and new network connections.
  • Coordinate activities with local cabling contractors (Team Cabled).
  • Support SD-WAN hardware upgrades, including scheduling facility downtime.
  • Manage daily Tidal batch job schedules for Corinth operations.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve job failures with 24/7 on-call availability.
  • Partner with corporate Tidal support resources.
  • Lead local Tidal Server Migration, coordinating technical tasks and third-party resources.
  • Lead Connect:Direct migration and version upgrade, working with corporate and local teams.
  • Support planning and execution of the HP Printer Refresh cycle for 2026.
  • Create requisitions for equipment and services for the Mississippi Reman IT team.
  • Process and reconcile monthly vendor invoices (Infosys, HP, others).
  • Partners with corporate support groups and external vendors to resolve issues.
  • Provide direct support for shop-floor systems and infrastructure.
  • Ensure stable production operations across multiple facilities.
  • Support compliance-driven processes and system availability requirements.
