About The Position

The IT Transformation Facilitator plays a key role in supporting the Solar IT Transformation team by coordinating meetings, maintaining documentation, and ensuring agile practices are embedded across initiatives where appropriate. With a ScrumMaster background, this role bridges administrative excellence with agile facilitation, enabling smooth collaboration and effective delivery of transformation programs. This role ensures that the Digital Transformation team operates with agility, clarity, and efficiency. By combining administrative rigor with ScrumMaster expertise, the Transformation Facilitator empowers teams to deliver meaningful transformation outcomes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, information systems, or a related field is required.
  • 3–5 years of professional experience in project coordination, program support, or agile facilitation is required.
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Agile Mindset – Ability to foster collaboration, adaptability, and iterative improvement.
  • Facilitation Skills – Skilled in guiding discussions, resolving conflicts, and driving outcomes.
  • Administrative Excellence – Strong capability in managing documentation, scheduling, and governance.
  • Digital Fluency – Understanding of digital transformation concepts and enterprise change initiatives.

Nice To Haves

  • Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or equivalent agile certification is highly desired.
  • Experience in digital transformation, change management, or enterprise programs preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Organize and facilitate transformation office meetings, agile ceremonies, and workshops.
  • Ensure agendas, minutes, and action items are documented and tracked.
  • Support cross-functional communication between stakeholders, leadership, and project teams.
  • Maintain accurate records of transformation initiatives, decisions, and progress.
  • Develop and manage templates, dashboards, and reports for program visibility.
  • Ensure compliance with governance standards and documentation best practices.
  • Act as ScrumMaster for selected transformation initiatives, guiding teams in agile practices.
  • Coach stakeholders on agile principles, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Remove impediments and support teams in achieving sprint and program goals.
  • Coordinate logistics for workshops, training sessions, and stakeholder engagements.
  • Support the Transformation team in tracking KPIs, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Contribute to process improvements that enhance efficiency and collaboration.
