Position Summary: The IT Senior Manager – ERP Transformation reports to the IT Director – Enterprise Application Services and is responsible for driving key aspects of transformation of our SAP ERP solution affecting key functions, including but not limited to finance, source, cost and profitability, project systems, plant maintenance, warehousing, and order management. This role identifies, assesses, and implements solutions to improve business processes, enhance compliance, and support organizational effectiveness that will generate value for the company. The manager collaborates closely with business partners, IT teams, and external vendors to deliver solutions which align with enterprise objectives and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience transforming ERP systems from legacy to future state (SAP ECC to SAP S/4 HANA).
  • Demonstrated success in leading technology transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Support the execution of the IT transformation strategy while ensuring alignment with business needs and organizational goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders to define requirements, prioritize initiatives, and drive adoption of transformative solutions.
  • Utilize industry best practices and methodologies to achieve a smooth and timely ERP system transformation from SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA.
  • Collaborate across many matrixed tracks to ensure activities are synchronized and aligned.
  • Promote a culture of transformation by encouraging creativity, experimentation, and continuous improvement
  • Manage relationships with solution providers, software vendors, and internal and external partners.
  • Ensure compliance with information security, regulatory requirements, and company policies in all transformation activities.
  • Support the development and growth of team members.
