Kalahari Resorts & Conventions is seeking an IT Tier II Technician. In this role, you will be part of an IT team responsible for the successful overall analysis, development, enhancement, testing, implementation, installation, monitoring, operation, support and maintenance of our Kalahari applications/systems, analytical & guest-facing platforms/environments, end user computers, devices, audio and visual equipment. Additionally, you would develop and maintain a general understanding of business operations, combined with prior IT experience and knowledge, to triage and resolve technical issues and problems. You would be a part of a team to install, configure, and test new versions, patches, and upgrades, partnering with the necessary infrastructure and IT Security enterprise teams. You would participate in a team on-call rotation, be available to work some off-hours and weekends, and have a flexible on-site schedule. This position may require travel to other resort locations on occasion.
