About The Position

The IT Tier 2 Support Technician will provide troubleshooting and assistance with classroom equipment, manage/repair classroom equipment, and simulate/recreate issues to resolve operating difficulties. This position is contingent upon the successful award of a contract currently under bid. Requirements

Knowledge of macOS, Windows, iOS, & Active Directory.
Familiarity with Ivanti Management Suite (or equivalent ITSM Platforms, & Windows imaging.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Associate’s degree from an accredited college or university or 3+ years of experience.
IAT Level II (CCNA Security/CSA+/GICSP/GSEC/Security+ CE/SSCP) Certification & applicable CE/OS Certification & Windows or Apple Certification. Mac Tech.
Experience with asset tracking & management.
Secret Clearance

Responsibilities

Provide service desk support for all users, IT related assets, datacenter, network, and IT supply requests.
Identify core and root cause with ability to restore service, correct issues, image/reimage assets, and other duties as assigned.
Document, track, monitor, and escalate problems to ensure a timely resolution.
Provide telephone or office support services to include advanced OS, intermediate account, advanced software, & intermediate hardware support.
Deploy Mac, Windows & iOS images to devices.
Manage Mobile Device Management (MDM), Client Configuration Management, and End User Support.
Perform installation & maintenance during or after-work hours, troubleshooting (includes warranty/RMA).
Support IT Supply Technician as assigned.
