About The Position

As an IT Technician, you’ll play a key role in supporting and maintaining the technology systems that keep our organization running smoothly. As an IT Technician, a typical day might include the following: Resolve a range of IT support requests from basic to moderate complexity and escalate as necessary. Deploy and support software and hardware systems – troubleshoot and resolve issues. Support a variety of IT-related systems. Provide excellent customer service using a wide variety of communication skills. Practice absolute confidentiality and unquestionable ethics. Follow work instructions and creates and maintains IT documentation as required. We are open to reviewing additional candidates with more or less experience and the pay range may differ if filled at a different level. Our pay ranges are determined by job, responsibility, and location. We base our starting pay offer and title on location and job-related factors such as candidate experience, training, knowledge, and skills.
