Requirements

  • Associate’s degree in Information Sciences and Technology or equivalent education/experience.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Exceptional organizational abilities with multitasking proficiency under tight deadlines.
  • Independent worker with effective teamwork skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word.
  • Fluent in English; bilingual a plus
  • Access to reliable transportation

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering Technology.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure System Uptime: Monitor branch connection statuses and proactively address potential disruptions.
  • Troubleshoot & Resolve: Debug and repair issues across computers, phones, printers, routers, and network devices utilizing ticketing systems.
  • Support Software & Hardware: Assist with software deployments, system modifications, and hardware assemblies to keep employee workstations current and efficient.
  • Security & Compliance: Track cybersecurity threats, manage user access, and ensure adherence to IT policies and licensing standards.
  • Technical Leadership: Guide junior technicians through complex tasks, providing mentorship and support.
  • System Configuration & Deployment: Support imaging, device deployment, and configuration to streamline onboarding and technology rollouts.
  • Documentation & Training: Maintain comprehensive records and deliver user training to promote best practices.
  • Project Participation: Contribute to technology upgrades, office relocations, and other IT initiatives enhancing organizational capabilities.
  • Asset & Inventory Management: Oversee IT equipment tracking to optimize resource utilization.
  • Network troubleshooting: Install, configure, and maintain network hardware (switches, routers, firewalls, access points). Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues
