About The Position

Provide first-level help desk support to provide support for all UNIT -supported systems. Consult with students, faculty, and staff regarding issues with Villanova technology and systems. Assist with computer problems and provide diagnosis and resolutions. Log calls utilizing the TeamDynamix ( TDX ) ticket system.
