About The Position
A leading university is seeking an IT Technical Writer . The successful candidate will write and review technical materials, including manuals, appendices, and instructions.
Requirements
- 3 years of relevant work experience.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Excellent writing and grammar skills in addition to relevant technical knowledge.
- Good working knowledge of HTML and CSS.
- Good working knowledge of content management systems such as Drupal.
- Good working knowledge of Google Workspace and Adobe Creative tools.
Responsibilities
- Organise material and complete writing assignment according to set standards regarding order, clarity, conciseness, style, online accessibility, and terminology.
- Design and format publications, and coordinate printing and distribution of technical documents.
- May assist in layout work.
- Monitor and resolve help tickets.
