About The Position

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Management Information Systems, or a related STEM field; or equivalent work experience.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a desire to learn new technologies.
  • Effective communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate across teams and build positive working relationships.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, professionalism, and commitment to confidentiality.
  • Ability to lift and move technology equipment weighing up to 30 pounds.
  • Willingness to participate in on-call support and occasional travel as business needs require.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous internship, co-op, technical support, customer service, or technology-related experience preferred.
  • Experience providing customer or technical support in a professional, academic, or internship setting.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft technologies, endpoint management, or mobile device support.
  • Curiosity, adaptability, and a growth mindset.
  • A passion for delivering great customer experience and solving technology challenges.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to business partners through phone, email, chat, and other support channels.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, device, and application-related issues.
  • Partner with stakeholders to understand needs, document requirements, and help deliver technology solutions.
  • Support the reliability, security, performance, and usability of business-critical systems and applications.
  • Research, evaluate, and implement solutions to technical challenges in a fast-paced environment.
  • Contribute to process improvements and knowledge-sharing initiatives that enhance team effectiveness and customer experience.
  • Develop technical expertise through hands-on experience, training, and collaboration with experienced technology professionals.
