IT, Technical Analyst
About The Position
Castle Biosciences Inc. is growing, and we are looking to hire an IT, Technical Analyst working from our Friendswood, TX. office location with a start date on or before May 1, 2026. This position is first line of support for users who need IT assistance, completing or escalating requests. This position also handles most tasks for IT onboarding of new employees, with laptop deployments, equipment ordering, and technical training. Days vary based on the tickets received and new hires expected. Technical analysts also work on IT projects with colleagues within and beyond the IT department. This role will spend the most time addressing help desk tickets for hardware and software issues, assisting users with patience, preparing new hires and facilitating a positive onboarding process by preparing their laptops, ordering their equipment, and providing basic technical training. and supporting technical projects such as infrastructure improvements and software changes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, related field, or related experience in lieu of education
- Intermediate understanding of various computer software and hardware
- Entry level PowerShell skills with focus on MSFT Active Directory and Office365
- Proficient in MFA and SSO setup and troubleshooting
- Strong people skills
- All candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States
