About The Position

The IT Technical Analyst II role provides technical support for office and manufacturing environments, handling immediate support requests and implementing long-term projects with limited supervision. Responsibilities include managing service requests, troubleshooting complex issues, and participating in projects such as software rollouts and plant technology upgrades. The position involves configuring, deploying, and maintaining enterprise endpoint devices, supporting mobile programs, and recommending technology solutions to improve efficiency. Strong customer service, technical expertise across systems like Active Directory, SCCM, O365, and Windows 10, and the ability to work independently are essential. The role also requires collaboration with IT teams and plant management, adherence to company policies, and occasional travel, with shared on-call responsibilities for after-hours emergencies.

  • Ability to work across the organization to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve complex issues.
  • Experience with plant-related technology (e.g., label printers, handheld devices, lift computers/scanners).
  • Understanding of ITIL process framework.
  • Ability to lead small to medium initiatives and projects.
  • Strong sense of urgency and ownership in delivering service.
  • Two-year technical degree, related technical certifications, or equivalent work experience.
  • 2+ years of experience in an IT support environment.
  • Familiarity with mobile device programs and Mobile Device Management (MDM).
  • Willingness to travel domestically (about 10%) and participate in shared on-call support for after-hours emergencies.
