We are seeking a highly skilled IT Technical Analyst at our Duffield, VA facility with strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O). This role will partner closely with business stakeholders to configure, optimize, and support D365 F&O—specifically focusing on Production Control, Product Information Management (PIM), Sales & Marketing, and Procurement & Sourcing. The ideal candidate will combine functional understanding of D365 F&O with hands‑on problem solving, system configuration, and business process analysis. This position also provides first and second-tier desktop support to ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of hands‑on experience supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O or an ERP platform.
  • Functional knowledge of Production Control, Warehouse Management, PIM, Sales & Marketing, and Procurement & Sourcing modules.
  • Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into effective D365 configurations.
  • 2+ years of experience in IT support or desktop support in a Windows/Office 365 environment.
  • Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work cross‑functionally and build strong relationships with business stakeholders.
  • Must have the ability to work independently, taking initiative and working well with little supervision.
  • The ability to work with multiple, simultaneous projects and deadlines, follow-through, assume responsibility and use good judgment. Strong organizational skills with ability to take ownership of multiple assignments simultaneously, prioritize work, document project plan details, and set and meet timelines.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary internal expert for D365 F&O within the business.
  • Collaborate with Production, Supply Chain, Sales, and other operational teams to understand business processes and translate them into functional D365 solutions.
  • Configure and maintain D365 F&O modules, primarily: Production Control Warehouse Management Product Information Management (PIM) Sales & Marketing Procurement & Sourcing
  • Support system design sessions, configuration changes, testing cycles, and user training.
  • Develop functional documentation, process flows, and configuration guides.
  • Troubleshoot D365 issues, perform root‑cause analysis, and coordinate with other TSI teams when required.
  • Work with business leaders to identify opportunities for process improvement using D365 tools and best practices.
  • Participate in upgrade testing, patch review, and validation during release cycles.
  • On‑site presence to support production and onsite users.
  • Occasional afterhours or weekend work to support business needs
  • Willing to travel ~10% to support the business needs
