Requirements

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in a field related to Business Administration, Business Management, Finance, or anything relevant
Available to work with us full-time, 35 hours per week, for the Fall 2026 Term (September to December).
Must be an active student during your internship and/or returning to school in next Winter 2027 following your internship.
No Canadian work experience required, but must be eligible to work in Canada.
Having a team player mindset.
Strong analytical abilities and problem-solving skills.
Adaptability, curiosity, and commitment to continuous learning.
Excellent communication skills with a passion for technology.
Self-reliant with a strong sense of responsibility.
Java, Python, Front-end development (React), experience with AI coding (VS Code, Co-Pilot, Claude Code, Windsurf, Cursor, etc.)

Nice To Haves

Experience with building projects on Open Source or GitHub
Hackathon experience

Responsibilities

Analyze and understand multi-system integrations and identify risks and propose solutions.
Adapt to business changes as they arrive and alter complex solutions in real time.
Communicate highly technical solutions to multiple levels of stakeholders, from developers to C-level executives.
Collaborate with teams of very experienced developers across the organization to build solutions.
Assist in the design and development of IT architecture blueprints that align with business objectives.
Perform research and stay up to date with the latest technology trends, best practices, and industry standards.
Support the documentation of architectural standards, guidelines, and reference architectures.
Support the administration and evolution of our tooling platforms.
Participate in the evaluation and selection of software and hardware solutions that meet business requirements.
