Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in a field related to Business Administration, Business Management, Finance, or anything relevant
  • Available to work with us full-time, 35 hours per week, for the Fall 2026 Term (September to December).
  • Must be an active student during your internship and/or returning to school in next Winter 2027 following your internship.
  • No Canadian work experience required, but must be eligible to work in Canada.
  • Having a team player mindset.
  • Strong analytical abilities and problem-solving skills.
  • Adaptability, curiosity, and commitment to continuous learning.
  • Excellent communication skills with a passion for technology.
  • Self-reliant with a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Java, Python, Front-end development (React), experience with AI coding (VS Code, Co-Pilot, Claude Code, Windsurf, Cursor, etc.)

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with building projects on Open Source or GitHub
  • Hackathon experience

Responsibilities

  • Analyze and understand multi-system integrations and identify risks and propose solutions.
  • Adapt to business changes as they arrive and alter complex solutions in real time.
  • Communicate highly technical solutions to multiple levels of stakeholders, from developers to C-level executives.
  • Collaborate with teams of very experienced developers across the organization to build solutions.
  • Assist in the design and development of IT architecture blueprints that align with business objectives.
  • Perform research and stay up to date with the latest technology trends, best practices, and industry standards.
  • Support the documentation of architectural standards, guidelines, and reference architectures.
  • Support the administration and evolution of our tooling platforms.
  • Participate in the evaluation and selection of software and hardware solutions that meet business requirements.
