About The Position
PIPESTONE is looking for an in‑office IT Tech I to support our growing organization. Strong preference for candidates living within Pipestone city limits.
Requirements
- Knowledge of Windows systems & basic networking
- Strong troubleshooting & communication skills
- Reliable transportation required; minimal travel
Nice To Haves
- Help desk experience
- IT certifications (CompTIA A+, Microsoft)
- Degree is a plus but not required
Responsibilities
- Respond to IT help requests
- Maintain laptops, desktops & mobile devices
- Install hardware (computers, phones, printers, access points)
- Use remote tools for troubleshooting
- Create users in Active Directory, Azure AD & Exchange
- Install/configure PC hardware & software
