About The Position
WEC Business Services LLC, a subsidiary of WEC Energy Group, is seeking an IT Team Leader - Project Management in our Milwaukee, Wisconsin or Pewaukee, Wisconsin location. This position currently offers flexibility for a hybrid work arrangement (remote/on-site) with time regularly spent in the office. Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in information systems/technology, computer science or related bachelor’s degree
- 5+ years of development experience
- Experience in all phases of the full cycle development process

Responsibilities
- Demonstrates advanced project management expertise, leading large, complex initiatives across all PMI process groups: Initiating, Planning, Executing, Monitoring & Controlling, and Closing.
- Applies and promotes PMO and PMI standards, including governance frameworks, knowledge areas, and best practices; continuously improves delivery processes and mentors team members.
- Delivers technology solutions that enable business transformation, ensuring alignment with organizational strategy, business case objectives, and enterprise policies.
- Leads teams in defining project scope, developing work breakdown structures, building cost estimates, and creating integrated project schedules with key milestones and deliverables.
- Oversees execution and manages core project constraints to ensure successful outcomes.
- Provides regular performance reporting using KPIs and project metrics, escalating risks, issues, and decisions through appropriate governance channels.
- Sets team strategies, goals, and plans aligned with company, customer, and PMI standards.
- Proactively develops and maintains collaborative partnerships with internal clients, key stakeholders, vendor relationships, including contracting and directing external resources.
- Participate in a 24x7 on-call support role on a rotating basis.
