Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems/Technology, Computer Science, or related technical Bachelor's Degree
5+ years of development experience
Experience in all phases of the full cycle development process

Nice To Haves

Knowledge and experience with ERP applications, specifically SAP
Experience with integrating multiple applications and systems
Demonstrated project delivery experience involving schedule, budget, risk management, and providing work direction
Experience with coaching and providing constructive feedback
Demonstrated organizational and planning skills
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams
Previous leadership experience

Responsibilities

Lead the delivery, support, and continuous improvement of enterprise applications and platform capabilities that enable business operations and support organizational objectives.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and subject matter experts to translate business requirements into effective technology solutions.
Design, implement, and oversee scalable application solutions and integrations, ensuring alignment with established architecture, security, and governance standards.
Provide technical leadership, coaching, and mentorship to application-focused developers, analysts, and technology professionals, establishing best practices, fostering collaboration, and promoting continuous learning.
Manage the lifecycle of application initiatives, including planning, development, implementation, support, performance monitoring, and ongoing optimization to maximize business value.
Administer, support, and continuously improve application platforms and capabilities, ensuring reliable, secure, scalable, and cost-effective operation.
