About The Position
WEC Business Services LLC, a subsidiary of WEC Energy Group, is seeking an IT Team Leader - Artificial Intelligent (AI) in our Green Bay, Wisconsin, Milwaukee, Wisconsin, or Chicago, Illinois locations. This position currently offers flexibility for a hybrid work arrangement (remote/on-site) with time regularly spent in the office. Requirements
- Bachelors Degree in Information Systems/Technology or Related
- 5 years of development experience
- Experience in all phases of the full cycle development process

Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery, support, and continuous improvement of AI solutions, generative AI capabilities, intelligent automation, and AI-powered business tools that support organizational objectives.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and product owners to translate approved AI opportunities into delivered solutions.
- Design, implement, and oversee scalable AI solutions, ensuring alignment with established architecture, security, and governance standards.
- Provide technical leadership, coaching, and mentorship to AI-focused developers, analysts, and technology professionals, establishing best practices, fostering collaboration, and promoting continuous learning.
- Manage the lifecycle of AI initiatives, including planning, development, implementation, support, performance monitoring, and ongoing optimization to maximize business value.
- Administer, support, and continuously improve AI platforms and capabilities, ensuring reliable, secure, scalable, and cost-effective operation.
