Requirements

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in application or related IT support role.
Strong understanding of enterprise applications (e.g. ERP, CRM, custom business apps)
Proficiency in Databases & SQL and ability to write queries for data analysis and troubleshooting.
Experience in scripting and automation.
Experience with ITSM tools.
Experience with cloud-based applications and services.
Ability to follow procedures and document technical issues clearly.
Experience with some system administration, and second level support.
Basic understanding of networking and scripting.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint, with the ability to create and manage documents, spreadsheets, email communications, and presentations effectively.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
