Under the direction and supervision of the IT Director and the Court Administrator, the IT Systems Specialist will be responsible for supporting and maintaining the Court’s end-user computing environment, including desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and associated systems. This role provides Level 1–2 technical support for a wide range of hardware, software, and cloud-based technologies, including Microsoft 365. The specialist will troubleshoot and resolve issues across both legacy court systems and modern platforms, ensuring continuity and reliability of operations. Additionally, the role assists in planning, implementing, and supporting technology solutions that modernize and enhance the Court’s capabilities, and researches, recommends, and helps deploy new technologies to improve efficiency, security, and user experience. The following duties are usual for this position, but other duties may be required or assigned.
