With our rapid growth, we have 28 stores across North America to date and more to come! We are looking for an IT Systems Specialist to join our IT team! As an IT Systems Specialist, you will own the day-to-day support and administration of our core business systems, including ERP, POS, and Microsoft 365, ensuring reliable IT operations across our retail stores and head office. This role is ideal for someone who is technically strong, highly independent, and enjoys solving complex system issues while collaborating with internal teams and external vendors in a fast-paced retail environment.

Requirements

  • 3–6 years of experience in IT systems support, systems administration, or ERP/POS support.
  • Hands-on experience supporting ERP and POS systems, preferably NetSuite and Heading POS.
  • Experience managing helpdesk ticketing systems and coordinating with external vendors.
  • Working knowledge of SQL, REST APIs, and system integrations for troubleshooting data and interface issues.
  • Experience administering Microsoft 365, including user management, permissions, and licensing.
  • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills in English; Mandarin is required for vendor communication.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting retail or multi-site environments is highly preferred.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Intune, IT asset management, or Power Platform tools is an asset.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary owner of day-to-day support for NetSuite, Heading POS, and related business systems.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve first- and second-line system issues, perform basic system configuration, and escalate complex issues when required.
  • Investigate data synchronization and system interface issues, identifying root causes and opportunities for improvement.
  • Build and maintain documentation and knowledge base articles to improve support efficiency.
  • Act as the primary liaison with ERP, POS, and technology vendors, managing support cases through resolution.
  • Coordinate with implementation partners and vendors on system issues, integrations, and ongoing support.
  • Monitor recurring issues and recommend solutions to improve system stability and performance.
  • Own the IT helpdesk ticketing system, managing requests from intake through resolution.
  • Prioritize, track, and document support requests while maintaining clear communication with end users.
  • Develop and maintain IT SOPs, troubleshooting guides, and support documentation.
  • Administer Microsoft 365 user accounts, permissions, licensing, and onboarding/offboarding processes.
  • Support and progressively take ownership of Microsoft 365 administration and collaboration platforms.
  • Maintain IT asset inventory, coordinate device lifecycle management, and support new store and employee setup.
