About The Position

This role involves supporting AS/400 systems and associated hardware, assisting computer users with hardware and software issues, and supporting the operations of the MICROS Point of Sale Computer System. The position also includes monitoring telecommunications, managing computer system data backups, and running scheduled reports. The job may require performing other duties as needed. The work environment is generally moderately noisy, with occasional exposure to outside weather conditions, and requires the ability to work in a smoking environment.
