The IT Systems Functional II will work within the IT Team to support the overall system/ network needs of Niagara’s corporate office and plants. This role involves troubleshooting daily operational system issues, working with the business to understand and document requirements, configuring and testing applications, and identifying opportunities for process and system improvements. The position requires collaboration with cross-functional teams, managing minor project implementations, and providing 24/7 support. Key responsibilities include documenting requirements, process flows, and training materials, as well as reviewing system design approaches and writing use cases. The role also involves end-to-end project management throughout the project lifecycle, including administration, planning, configuration, testing, training, implementation, support, and change management. The IT Systems Functional II will also work with application vendors and internal/external stakeholders to resolve defects and identify enhancements, and guide other IT resources as needed.
