The System Engineer role is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining both infrastructure and application systems. This position ensures reliable network operations, secure system management, and high availability across cloud and on-prem environments. It involves collaboration with IT, IS, and Security teams to support enterprise initiatives and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 3–5 years of experience in IT systems engineering or administration.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365, Azure, and Windows Server environments.
  • Understanding of networking, virtualization, and data backup technologies

Nice To Haves

  • Certifications such as Microsoft or CompTIA.
  • Experience with CRM, ERP, HRIS, or LMS systems.
  • Experience with scripting or automation (PowerShell, Python)

Responsibilities

  • Administer servers, Azure services, M365, and network infrastructure ensuring uptime and compliance.
  • Manage Power Platform, Dynamics, Procore, Smartsheet, and other applications and integrations ensuring business continuity.
  • Contribute to system upgrades, migrations, and technology rollouts.
  • Develop and maintain SOPs, automate processes using PowerShell or Power Automate.
