The Systems Engineer is responsible for delivering high-quality technical support and infrastructure services across all reactive and proactive service requests within the Infrastructure Managed Services division. This role requires a strong combination of technical expertise, customer service excellence, and operational discipline. Work will be performed both onsite at client locations and remotely from Entech’s Service Desk. The Systems Engineer serves as a key technical resource, working independently and collaboratively to ensure timely resolution of incidents, minimizing client disruption, and maintain system stability and performance.
