We are seeking an IT Systems Administrator to provide innovative solutions to technical challenges faced by our end users and to improve the overall efficiency and technical operation of the company. The System Administrator is responsible for the configuration, deployment, maintenance, and reliable operation of telecommunications systems to include software applications, personal computers, servers, mobile devices and network infrastructure components. The Systems Administrator works with the other members of the IT Team to manage a complex array of ever-changing technology, supporting operations and end users across a wide geographical area. Successful candidates will be highly motivated, customer focused, solution oriented, and demonstrate the desire and flexibility to rapidly adapt to new technologies and changing responsibilities. The position reports directly to the IT Director at the corporate office in Brentwood, TN and routinely interacts with corporate leadership and company staff.

  • Technical School Certificate
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience managing Wintel-based, server-class hardware.
  • 8 or more years’ experience using and managing Wintel-based clients and MS Office applications.

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Familiarity with M365, Azure Cloud Services, Intune MDM, Hosted Phone Systems, DNS, and AI (Copilot) desired.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with managing and monitoring all IT operations
  • Manage our Office 365 environment including Teams, SharePoint, Exchange, and associated applications
  • Support our Azure environment, including Entra, Intune, VM’s, etc.
  • Monitor and maintain PC’s, servers, network connectivity and performance
  • Respond to production system outages
  • Provide daily end-user technical support for team members company-wide
  • Provide support for phones, and computer hardware and software
  • Respond to internal requests for hardware and software, including software evaluations
  • Process account setup and termination requests
