Make your tomorrow with us. The IT System Administrator II ensures availability, performance, and security across on-premises and cloud-based environments. Executes system enhancements, supports operational stability, and contributes to modernization and optimization initiatives with minimal supervision.
Requirements
- High school diploma required.
- Minimum of 2 years of related technical experience required.
- Relevant technical certifications preferred.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work independently on assigned systems.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Responsibilities
- Administers assigned enterprise infrastructure systems and platforms.
- Maintains system performance, reliability, and security through proactive monitoring and troubleshooting.
- Implements system updates, upgrades, configuration changes, and enhancements in accordance with established change management processes.
- Manages user account provisioning, access controls, and system configurations.
- Supports system integrations and cross-functional technical initiatives.
- Performs root cause analysis and develops corrective action plans for recurring issues.
- Develops and maintains technical documentation, standards, and procedures.
- Provides guidance and technical support to junior team members as appropriate.
- Participates in on-call rotation and supports after-hours coverage as required.
