About The Position

Under the supervision of the IT Director, provide end user support on a variety of issues and systems by effectively answering, logging, troubleshooting, resolving, providing advice to telephone inquiries, and in-person interaction; Coordinate with other departments to resolve problems, and may participate in technical projects.

Requirements

  • Associates degree in Computer Science required, Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of computer/IT experience.
  • Knowledge of information systems, including proficiency with clinical applications and managed care applications: Windows 11, MS Office Suites, IE 11.
  • Ability to present ideas in business-friendly and user-friendly language.
  • Very strong customer service orientation.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical computer and software application support for all staff.
  • Assist in developing user documentation and departmental policies and procedures.
  • Support conversions and promotions to company applications.
  • Manage helpdesk tickets for all IT requests.
  • Prepare oral and written communications as well as analyses on helpdesk tickets.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and identify modifications needed in existing applications to meet changing user requirements.
  • Identifies opportunities to improve efficiency of business processes.
  • Participate in scheduled meetings to discuss progress and issues to be resolved.
