About The Position

The Corporate IT Fulfillment team is responsible for delivery excellence for all endpoint devices and the applications utilized at our Home Office campus as well as the global offices and distribution centers. The LAN Fulfillment Support Technician position responsibilities include but are not limited to managing and tracking all company provided IT devices access and software. Other responsibilities include on-site and remote IT troubleshooting upgrading workstations software installs and creating documentation. What Will You Be Doing? Work on day-to-day requests for our home office and international associates. Create and maintain knowledge base documents to be used by our IT service desk and support teams Work with global service providers to provide consistent high-quality support for our associates Work with internal IT teams to test and deploy technology projects Create deploy packages to distribute software and upgrades to our Windows endpoints globally Identify new support processes and tactics

Requirements

  • 1-3 years experience with:
  • Hands-on troubleshooting with Windows and Mac OS
  • Experience with VDI technologies
  • IT Asset Management experience - tracking devices, access credentials, and software licenses
  • Strong customer service/communication skills
  • Software Packing and Deployment
  • Knowledge Base Documentation Creation
  • May require heavy lifting of PCs and peripheral equipment

Nice To Haves

  • BA/BS in an IT related field preferred
  • CompTIA A+ (strongly relevant for hardware/software troubleshooting).
  • CompTIA Network+ (helpful for LAN and connectivity support).
  • Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate (for Windows endpoint management).
  • ITIL Foundation (for service desk and process improvement).
