Requirements

1–3 years of experience in an IT support or help desk role
Working knowledge of Windows and/or macOS operating systems
Experience supporting Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint)
Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple requests
Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the U.S.
Valid driver’s license required.
Successful completion of a pre-employment drug screen and background check

Nice To Haves

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field
IT certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft certifications
Experience with ticketing systems and remote support tools
Prior experience supporting a multi-location or fast-paced business environment

Responsibilities

Serve as first-level support for IT-related issues via phone, email, and in person
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, network, and peripheral issues
Set up, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and other equipment
Manage user accounts, permissions, and access using Active Directory and Microsoft 365
Install, update, and support business applications and operating systems
Document issues, resolutions, and processes in the IT ticketing system
Escalate complex issues to IT Director as needed
Support onboarding and offboarding by provisioning and decommissioning user accounts and equipment
Assist with basic network support, including connectivity and Wi-Fi troubleshooting
Follow IT policies and best practices related to security and data protection
