About The Position

Looking to hire an IT support technician to help support our internal employees with technical installations, troubleshooting, deployments. The hired technician will be performing (but not limited to): installation of hardware/ software, password resets, deployment of software proprietary/non proprietary, networking, etc. Technologies include MS Windows OS, Mac OS, O365, Active Directory, Peripherals, networking, etc. Technicians will be onsite Monday - Friday Full time hours

Requirements

  • Must hold at least a year of experience as an IT support technician (or similar) in an office environment
  • Must hold Active Directory, O365 Admin, OS troubleshooting experiences
  • Must have supported 50+ end users
  • Must be willing to work in a teamed environment

Nice To Haves

  • CompTIA A+ is a plus
