We are seeking an experienced IT Support Technician to provide day-to-day technical support for a small, fully remote office environment of approximately 15 employees. This role is ideal for a self-sufficient IT professional who enjoys working directly with end users, troubleshooting technical issues, and delivering exceptional customer service. As the primary point of contact for desktop support, you will handle a variety of hardware and software issues while partnering with an escalation team for more complex networking and infrastructure-related incidents.
