As an IT Support Technician, you will be the first point of contact for team members seeking technical help. In this role you’ll dive into hands-on troubleshooting, perform in‑house repairs, and research solutions that keep our technology running smoothly. You’ll gain exposure to a broad range of systems and may also assist with network, server, and workstation support. Requirements

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to document procedures clearly
  • Solid understanding of IT support fundamentals, including computer repair
  • Technical proficiency with Windows and Microsoft Office
  • General knowledge of Microsoft-based networking and hardware platforms
  • Ability to work independently with strong problem‑solving skills
  • Actively pursuing an IT‑related degree or possessing equivalent experience
