Location: We are currently looking for an IT Support Technician for our Lincoln, Nebraska office.

Requirements

  • Associates Degree in Information Technology Support, Networking, or Security is a plus but not required
  • 0-2 years of experience in a technology role.
  • Experience troubleshooting systems preferred.
  • Skilled in software installation preferred.
  • Experience with Windows or 11.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Strong Interpersonal skills are a must.

Responsibilities

  • Provide first-line support to firm employees.
  • Install and configure hardware and software on workstations.
  • Maintain software inventory and deploy new software/updates to ensure workstations are up to date.
  • Support end users with remote support tools.
  • May require travel to firm sites to assist with new software rollouts and/or address onsite issues.
  • Assist with 15 to 20 conference rooms and the technology installed in those rooms.
  • Work with IT staff on projects as needed.
  • Willingness to learn new technologies which would include Servers, Networking, Security, etc.
