Location: We are currently looking for an IT Support Technician for our Lincoln, Nebraska office.

Requirements

Associates Degree in Information Technology Support, Networking, or Security is a plus but not required
0-2 years of experience in a technology role.
Experience troubleshooting systems preferred.
Skilled in software installation preferred.
Experience with Windows or 11.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Strong Interpersonal skills are a must.

Responsibilities

Provide first-line support to firm employees.
Install and configure hardware and software on workstations.
Maintain software inventory and deploy new software/updates to ensure workstations are up to date.
Support end users with remote support tools.
May require travel to firm sites to assist with new software rollouts and/or address onsite issues.
Assist with 15 to 20 conference rooms and the technology installed in those rooms.
Work with IT staff on projects as needed.
Willingness to learn new technologies which would include Servers, Networking, Security, etc.
