About The Position

Brayman Construction Company is looking for an IT Support Technician to provide hands-on technical support for our local and remote teams. If you enjoy solving problems, working with a variety of technologies, and supporting users in a fast-paced environment, this role is for you.

Requirements

• Knowledge of basic networking and troubleshooting.
• Experience with Windows 11, Microsoft 365, Azure, and mobile device support (iPads/iPhones).
• 2-4 years of IT support experience or equivalent education.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work quickly and efficiently.

Nice To Haves

• Interest in IT certifications or career growth in technical support is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide frontline support: hardware setup, software installation, troubleshooting, and user assistance.
• Travel to remote locations to support or install IT infrastructure (networking, phones, printers, cameras, etc.).
• Handle Level 1 support requests and set up or replace computers and mobile devices.
• Perform account administration tasks (new users, password resets, deactivations).
