Requirements

  • Ability to troubleshoot a wide variety of IT issues involving hardware, software, networking, and user access.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
  • Strong problem‑solving mentality with the ability to work efficiently in fast‑paced environments.
  • Comfortable providing support in person, over the phone, or through remote support tools.
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing or service-oriented role, with a focus on delivering exceptional support.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Windows 11 and Office 365 applications.
  • Ability to work onsite and contribute positively to an active office environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with ticketing systems and IT service management (ITSM) tools.
  • Industry certifications such as:
  • CompTIA A+
  • CompTIA ITF+
  • Microsoft Fundamentals (e.g., AZ‑900, MS‑900)

Responsibilities

  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware and software issues on PCs, laptops, mobile devices, and peripheral equipment.
  • Provide timely and clear communication to users, keeping them informed about ticket progress, changes, and solutions.
  • Install, upgrade, and configure Windows operating systems, applications, and essential software packages.
  • Deliver hands‑on and remote support using remote desktop tools or similar technologies.
  • Escalate complex issues to senior IT members when necessary.
  • Maintain strong, positive relationships with internal users, including executive team members, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Manage user accounts across enterprise applications and systems.
  • Support onboarding processes, including workstation setup, account provisioning, and new‑hire training on technology and applications.
  • Document procedures, solutions, and troubleshooting steps to improve knowledge sharing within the IT team.
  • Demonstrate curiosity and growth mindset in learning new tools and systems, accepting feedback in a collaborative environment.
