About The Position

As an IT Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems and infrastructure. You will be responsible for providing technical support to our employees and ensuring that all systems are running efficiently and effectively. You will also be responsible for maintaining and updating our IT systems, as well as troubleshooting any issues that may arise.

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and peripherals
  • Experience with troubleshooting network connectivity issues
  • Familiarity with Windows and Mac operating systems
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and systems

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to employees for all IT-related issues, including hardware, software, and network problems
  • Install, configure, and maintain all computer hardware, software, and peripherals
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues with network connectivity, printers, and other peripheral devices
  • Perform routine maintenance and updates on all systems to ensure optimal performance
  • Maintain inventory of all IT equipment and supplies
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and advancements in technology
  • Collaborate with other IT team members to develop and implement IT policies and procedures
