The IT Support Specialist will be responsible for providing day-to-day IT support for foundation community members, including desktop computers, laptops, mobile devices, wired and wireless networks, software and cloud services. This position reports to the Senior Manager, IT Operations. This is a full-time position based in our offices in New York City.
