About The Position

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Support Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will provide technical support to our clients and internal staff, ensuring our systems and applications run smoothly and efficiently. This is a fast-paced role that requires a proactive, customer-focused approach.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a technical support role
  • Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems
  • Experience with network administration and troubleshooting
  • Familiarity with cloud-based systems, such as Office 365 and Google Workspace
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Proven ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills

Nice To Haves

  • Relevant certifications, such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA), are a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to clients and internal staff via phone, email, and in-person
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and software
  • Manage user accounts and permissions
  • Monitor system performance and make recommendations for improvements
  • Conduct regular system backups and disaster recovery procedures
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology
  • Create and maintain technical documentation and user guides
  • Train staff on new systems and applications
  • Collaborate with other IT team members to implement new projects and upgrades
