About The Position

Under supervision of the I.T. Manager for daily job assignments, will perform a variety of duties of a routine and recurring nature. This includes answering incoming calls, entering data, maintaining inventory and basic hardware, installing basic software programs, resolving minor system problems, and performing related work in a technology focused department.

Will work varied shifts including weekends and holidays.

Requirements

• Prefer High school graduate or equivalent work experience
• Knowledge of computer systems, hardware maintenance, software installation preferred
• Experience with keyboards, printers, shredder, copier, 10 key calculator, telephone system, PC’s, scanners, digital camera, multimedia projector preferred
• Excellent communication skills with basic knowledge of English composition, ability to work with numbers accurately and able to understand verbal instructions
• Must also have solid interpersonal skills and the willingness to work as a member of a team
• Must be able to enter information into a computer following a format and have basic understanding of data processing and computer operations
