About The Position

We are seeking an experienced IT Support Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT support and a passion for helping others. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our staff and ensuring that our systems and equipment are functioning efficiently and effectively.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support
  • Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking systems
  • Experience with Microsoft Office 365, Windows 10, and Active Directory
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working in a healthcare setting is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to staff for hardware, software, and network related issues
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems in a timely manner
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and software
  • Set up and maintain user accounts and permissions
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as needed
  • Maintain inventory of equipment and software licenses
  • Collaborate with vendors to resolve technical issues and implement updates
  • Train staff on new technology and software systems
  • Create and maintain documentation for IT processes and procedures
  • Ensure the security and integrity of our systems and data
  • Stay up-to-date on emerging technologies and make recommendations for improvements to our systems and processes
