About The Position

Coca-Cola Bottling Company High Country is seeking an IT Support Specialist to join their Business Support Services Team. This role is responsible for maintaining and optimizing end-user workstations, network performance, and company-supported applications on a Microsoft Windows-based local area network (LAN). The position involves troubleshooting technical issues, supporting production equipment, and ensuring secure and efficient IT operations. The role requires approximately 20-30% travel to other company locations for on-site support, system installations, and training.

Requirements

Associate’s degree (A.A.) and two years of related experience, OR four years of relevant work experience.
Experience supporting production environments preferred.
PLC/Industrial control network experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Administer end-user workstations and support end-user activities utilizing TCP/IP on a primarily Microsoft Windows-based LAN.
Install, configure, and maintain personal computers, networking equipment, production IT systems, and peripheral devices.
Investigate and resolve user issues with hardware, software, networking, and production-related IT systems.
Implement security measures, manage firewall configurations, and ensure data integrity.
Support and troubleshoot IT systems related to manufacturing equipment, including system integrations and connectivity.
Manage Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and provide troubleshooting for VoIP phone systems to ensure secure and efficient IT operations.
Provide training and technical guidance to staff for optimized use of IT resources.
Maintain hardware/software inventories, licensing records, and system documentation.
Assist other departments as needed, ensuring seamless IT operations across all company locations.
